Sellers:
Standard sale or short sale, now is the time to sell while buyers are plentiful, and before the shadow inventory of foreclosures hits the market this year. What is your motivation to sell? Down-size, job relocation, become debt-free, or other circumstance?

Start by contacting Veronica for a complimentary market evaluation of your home, and for general information. If you are upside down on your loan, learn of your rights and options, and solutions. Confidential, hassle-free!

Buyers: Now is the time to buy while home prices are down and interest rates are at record lows, making it easier to qualify for a loan. Choose from a variety of loan programs and options: FHA, conventional, jumbo, VA loan, CalPers, STRS, Homepath, first-time home buyers, down-payment assistance, etc.

The first step is to become pre-approved by a lender. Then, Veronica will help you find the ideal home. We’ll search from REO bank-owned homes to brand new homes from reputable builders. Ask me about my buyer incentive when I accompany you to the first visit at any new home community.

The Inland Empire (colloquially known as the I.E.) is a region in Southern California. The term most commonly is used in reference to the Riverside-San Bernardino area, an urban and metropolitan area centered around the cities of Riverside and San Bernardino in Southern California. The Inland Empire may be held to encompass portions of eastern Los Angeles County.

The Inland Empire is sometimes considered co-extensive with the federally-defined Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario metropolitan area, which covers more than 27,000 square miles (70,000 km2) and is part of the Greater Los Angeles area. Home to over 4 million people, the metropolitan area consists of Riverside County and San Bernardino County and is the 13th most populous metropolitan area in the United States, and the third largest in the state of California.[2] With a population of 1,506,816, it is the fourth largest urban area in the state. Most of the area's population is located in the southwest corner of the region, bordering metropolitan Los Angeles.
